Holistic and Integrative Care
We address the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs to help restore the balance and improve overall quality of living. In addition to conventional medical care we offer the following integrative therapies: reiki, healing touch, acupuncture, acupressure, aromatherapy, massage, sound healing, music, reading, and mantras.
Grief support and Counseling

What to Expect from our Topkare Hospice Team
A partnership with Topkare hospice care in San Diego means getting the best possible care for your loved one. Here's what you can expect from us:
1. Initial patient interview
During the initial patient interview, we'll ask about medical history, symptoms, and preferences for care. We'll also answer any questions you may have about our services and what to expect from us. We will scheduled our first visit based on your needs and timeline.
2. Personalized treatment plan
During this step our San Diego team of healthcare professionals will visit you for the first time. During this assessment we will install any necessary equipment in your home and order any supplies or medication you may need. Let us know if you have any special requests or questions.
3. Meet the team.
You’ll be assigned a primary care team that will work with you throughout your hospice journey. This team will include a Hospice Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Medical Social Worker, Home Health Aid, and Volunteers.
4. Regular check-ins and 24/7 availability
We'll schedule regular visits based on your needs and preferences. We are available 24/7 to answer questions and make unscheduled visits if necessary. We're here to support you.
