Bob is the horrible contractor you hear about on the news! When I tried to tell him we were going in a different direction he had his contractor come rip down our stairs (that were built by someone else) so he could claim they had already started the job and then refused to answer the phone when I tried to see what was going on. He’s a bad person. Stay away.

AWFUL! We contracted Renew It Fence & Deck to repair a wooden fence after our house was hit by a tornado. They did an okay job on the repair, not amazing quality and was later than promised, but we still paid in full. That payment included staining which needed to wait a few months. When we reached back out to Bob, he said they no longer service the area and refused to complete the job we paid for or issue a refund.
